17th Edition Dual RCD consumer unit - MK switched socket - MK light switch

All rewires include a new 17th Edition Dual RCD consumer unit (fuse box) Top of the range MK switches, sockets and standard white pendant light fittings (or you can supply your own).

All work is carried out to BS7671 wiring regulations and comes with New Installation Certificate, automatically notifiable to building control and a six year insurance backed guarantee.

Costs allow for flush fitting, channelling of walls and replaster (make good) to bonding coat

Call Outs

For call outs, fault finding and repairs there is no call out fee, only an hourly rate, which starts from time of arrival at £25.00 per hour. Most faults are diagnosed within one hour.
